I found a fantastic thread on Paleohacks today with lots of great bits of advice for morbidly obese trying to lose weight on paleo. The big one is to not workout for at least a month but more likely until your at a more mobile weight. It takes quite awhile for the body to switch over to paleo. To add exercise is insult to injury. I will glean some more tips from the thread later. Why the biggest loser graphic? Its the opposite approach which I don’t believe is sustainable lifelong.
