Chocolate Tapioca with Kahlua

This isn’t healthy but it tastes good.


  • 1 can Native Forest Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Tapioca
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp kahlua
  • 1/2 cup parve chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chocolate powder


  1. Mix all ingredients in sauce pan
  2. Melt chocolate and coconut milk at mid heat.
  3. Reduce to simmer temperature and stir frequently.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring every few minutes
  5. Turn off heat and let cool
  6. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
