This is a family favorite with a cinnamon kick. With mushrooms they tend to shrink a lot when cooking so you can put in a lot more mushroom than you would think in a 10 inch frying pan.
- 2 8 oz Slice mushrooms (white or Crimini/baby bella will work)
- 3 tbsp Gluten-Free Tamari Sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 cups Water
- Let simmer on medium heat to low for 30-50 minutes. Its best to do have this simmering when your cooking another dish. This isn’t a complete meal.
