Lemon Ginger Sauce

This is pretty carby, but tastes excellent. It also ends up looking like a body fluid until its used to coat a meat or vegetable.


2 tbsp arrow root

1 tbsp ginger

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic

1 cup water

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 tbsp raw honey


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Stir on simmering heat for 30 minutes, everything should be well mixed. The arrow root powder does tend to clump.
  3. Let cool than use as sauce.
