EarthShip. Is built with tires, dirt and cans and requires no utilities. The videos explain them in much more depth. You can easily live off the grid with them. ANd there are models that have room for goats and chickens so you have an entire food supply source there for paleo. All you would need is a shohet in a nearby home for slaughtering. ANd probably some plumbers.

Another option is a Yurt. They seem to be like really fancy round tents that run around 10k-12k. They usually have fabric walls and wooden interiors.
